PhpStorm Code Completion to CodeIgniter

How to use it:

1. Just copy the PHPStorm_CI directory to application/third-party directory in your project.
2. Go to application/third-party/PHPStorm_CI
3. Execute php Generate.php (Every time, when you create new model or library)
