Upgrades our
appsTypeScript dependency to 5.9.3. This version gives support fornode20as amoduleoption, which is potentially of use to unblock some dependency upgrades.Testing story
Relying on tests passing to validate this change. I also ran
yarn startlocally with this change without issue.
