Hello,
I'd like to use this prediction method to predict the overall risk of suffering from cancer as well as to predict the severity of a cancer disease. As cancer is a multifactorial disease I need several indicators to be included.
Some of them are numerical (e.g. the blood levels of CA-19-9) but some of them are simply yes no questions like the gender, or if radio-therapy was already performed. Could you please point me out how to do that.
