This commit fixes the schema submodule to refer to the version of WebThingsIO/gateway-addon-ipc-schema#18 that was ultimately merged.

This commit fixes the schema submodule to refer to the version of
WebThingsIO/gateway-addon-ipc-schema#18
that was ultimately merged.
For an example of the problem, viewing the previous submodule commit on Github at WebThingsIO/gateway-addon-ipc-schema@7397a0b displays a warning, "This commit does not belong to any branch on this repository, and may belong to a fork outside of the repository."
