WHAT is this pull request doing?
This pull request fixes an iOS Safari cart scrolling issue where the bottom Safari toolbar overlaps the cart content and prevents users from scrolling far enough to reveal the “Continue to Checkout” button.

HOW to test your changes?
Open http://localhost:3000
Open Safari on iOS (real device or simulator)
Add any product to the cart
Open the cart and scroll down
Confirm the “Continue to Checkout →” button is fully visible and clickable
