Pull Request Overview
This PR streamlines the German server rules by removing redundant content and the English translation. The rules document has been condensed while maintaining the same core content, and references to the verified mods list have been removed in favor of directing users to the modpack.
- Consolidated and shortened the German rules document while preserving essential content
