This PR fixes an issue where the model builder would incorrectly detect model classes inside temporary files that were created earlier in the workflow (e.g., during pytest runs or complex system model creation). These temporary modules were no longer valid, causing the builder to pick up stale or non-existent classes.
These changes are needed for component model's new release
