Could you add the possibility to have a non persistent ZMQContext with ZMQContext(1, false) ?

Could you add the possibility in the config to listen on something else than 127.0.0.1 ? For example tcp://{$zmq['listen_to_host']}:{$zmq['port']}with listen_to_host set to *

Sometimes you want to send private messages from controller -> Web socket server (in a efficient manner, not just connecting to the WS server - which is slow..). Docs included.
