Summary

• Adds a Bluesky post notification when a new release is published to the VS Marketplace
• Posts include the version number, a link to the release notes, and a link to the marketplace

Required Secrets

The following secrets need to be added to the repository:

• BLUESKY_USERNAME - Your Bluesky handle (e.g., yourname.bsky.social)
• BLUESKY_APP_PASSWORD - An app password from Bluesky settings

Post Format
