Update PMD version to latest.

Hi,

I have raised this PR to update the PMD version to latest available.
Current version is throwing this error for `Assert` class of apex:
`Apex unit test classes should have at least one System.assert() or assertEquals() or AssertNotEquals() call`

I have raised PR #16 to fix this. Please review and accept.
