fix: SeamHttpRequest implements Promise<T> rather than PromiseLike<T> (#70)

* SeamHttpRequest must implement Promise<T> rather than PromiseLike<T> to avoid breaking consumers

* Remove async modifier

* ci: Format code

* Export SeamHttpRequest from root
