Issue after download completes on Install

I'm running the install task and after the download completes this error pops up.

Any thoughts?

Do you have any plugins installed or is this just a blank installation?

Fresh install into an empty directory. Attempting to use with a homestead VM

Can you get me a more complete stack trace screenshot? I haven't tried this on homestead yet but hopefully I'll get a chance to soon.
