We are using renovate with minor/patch version updates disabled. Instead we are using lock file maintenance to receive weekly updates. Recently we noticed that Renovate isn’t creating PR even though composer outdated command is showing available minor updates.

we think it might be related to composer update being run with —minimal changes flag added here: #34147

How to override it using the renovate.json file? Goal is to have only one PR weekly with all updates, instead of per package PRs created by minor/patch updates.
