[BUG] Flag -nt or -new-templates does not returns the correct number in latest nuclei-templates release

Current Behavior

In the latest nuclei version 3.6 and nuclei template version v10.3.4, the flag -nt or -new-templates does not returns the correct number in latest nuclei-templates release. It was observed that the same number of templates as default was returned as shown in the below image

Expected Behavior

The flag -nt or -new-templates should returns the correct number in latest nuclei-templates release as explained in the tool usage.

Steps To Reproduce

Below commands return the same list of templates and same counts
~/go/bin/nuclei -new-templates -tl | wc -l
~/go/bin/nuclei -tl | wc -l

Environment

- OS: Kali
- Nuclei: 3.6.0
- Go: go1.24.9 linux/amd64
