Add support for using multiple NWC wallets connected

What if we allow to switching wallets in Vortex?

That would require some new functions/actions (they could be separate actions OR all actions in one function Manage Wallet or just under "Wallet")

• Add Wallet - Add another NWC wallet. We may want to add optional field "Name" here, which would help in wallet switching context?
• Switch Wallet - Switch which wallet is active in Vortex
• Disconnect Wallet - Delete NWC connections from Vortex

hmmm...tricky. right now it's nice to have the NWC connection in the official settings. hmm
