Optimizer Cache Memory And Application performance

To prevent an OutOfMemory Exception, the cached data needs to be optimized. The following points describe potential improvements and a bug that the cached data isn't cleared after the file is closed.

• Bug: the cached data not cleaned by close file -> Fix Memory leak #1931
• Replace topologische algorithmus TopGraph/DiGraph with the TopologicalService.

• Only cached the DIFF state of a tabelle.
