Desktop Commander is silo'd to the container, no configuration for host volume mounts

So I like the idea of the Desktop Commander MCP, but there's no way to configure it to have access to my local file system currently.  Can it have configuration options for volume mounts?

examples:
/home/user/:/home/user
/home/user/repos/:${HOME}/repos/
/temp/:/temp/
/mnt/c/mystuff:/workspace/
