New release with the analyzer 9.0.0 constraint

Hello! I noticed that this has already been migrated to analyzer 9:

dartdoc/pubspec.yaml

Lines 9 to 10 in e644857

	dependencies:
	analyzer: ^9.0.0

But when I tried using this as a dependency on a analysis_server_plugin test, I noticed that the release commit still had the 8.2 version:

dartdoc/pubspec.yaml

Lines 9 to 10 in 98d03ad

	dependencies:
	analyzer: ^8.2.0

Would you mind publishing a new version with this constraints upgraded please? Thanks!
