Last seen / online field for Runtime #615
Description
Current we just provide the status https://docs.code0.tech/sagittarius/graphql/object/runtime/#fields-without-arguments of the Runtime. It would be a nice feature to also provide a last seen / online field, to show the user a time if the Runtime is currently not connected.
