Library name change request

Hi,

I realize that library name changes are generally discouraged, and I’ve avoided requesting them since learning about the long-term implications. However, this library was one of my earliest contributions, and with more experience I’ve now adopted a consistent and future-proof naming convention for all Sitron Labs Arduino libraries. I’d like to bring this older entry in line with that scheme to avoid confusion going forward.

This request is therefore for both a name change and a repository URL change.

Previous:

• Name: Sitron Labs OPT3001 Ambient Light Sensor Arduino Library
• Repository: https://github.com/sitronlabs/SitronLabs_OPT3001_Arduino_Library

New:

• Name: Sitron Labs OPT3001 Arduino Library
• Repository: https://github.com/sitronlabs/SitronLabs_TexasInstruments_OPT3001_Arduino_Library

The new naming scheme follows the format I will be using across all future libraries, stays within the recommended name length, and provides clearer long-term consistency for users.

Hi @nschurando. I am confirming your request.

Unlike submissions, this type of request is still handled manually. The Library Manager index maintainer occasionally comes through to clear all the outstanding requests. They will close this issue when it is done. You will get a notification from GitHub at that time.

After that, you can monitor the indexing of the library via its dedicated logs web page.
