Feature suggestion: appimage/flatpak builds

GM publisher is an amazing utility, but it is a pain to get working on Linux, due to dependency hell. Different distros have different package versions, and this can lead to headaches. Providing a flatpak, or appimage would fix this, by packaging all dependencies with gmpublisher. The whole program would be perfectly portable across all Linux distros.
