Unable to update/Post milestone to a userStory #191

I am attempting to update userstory milestones with that of its features.
I am extracting the milestones
I get the following error.
can someone tell me if the payload construction is wrong. I am unable to resolve this.
either was not JSON content or was an invalidly formed/incomplete JSON structure
