Change link on landing page for cookoff-2025

@jukent thanks for getting the draft website stood up for the 2025 cookoff. I think we have all of the info posted that we need for now, until we get more from the CISL event planning team. One minor nit: the Pythia landing page has a clickable Save the button that takes you to a blog post. Can we change this to link directly to the hackathon landing page? Thanks!
