editing service file causes ENOENT

why i got that error?

That obviously means the service file is not there.

Renamed service file?
Wrong path in config?

no not of that both i just Press "STRG + S" while coding and insted restarting the running service that error pops up

Cannot reproduce or find out how this could be, something appears to be very weird with your setup, need more data.
