rtjscomp.json settings ignored after reload

i saved the rtjscomp.json (i m using version v0.9.10 in node on linux) and i got that message

file updated: rtjscomp.json
stop http
stopped http
start http: http://localhost:8080

but the port is back the default one 8080 but my port is over years 8000 so why does he restart and delete the config, before u ask i dont have any older "config" folde with txt files inside

i can buypass that bug by restarting it and it work back normal but every time i save that happend!

I looked into the code and found no way this could happen except for a config folder existing.
The port is only set to 8080 if its not defined in rtjscomp.json or set to 8080 there, no other way possible.
Also, I have setups with custom http ports and it works, even after changing rtjscomp.json!
Need more data, show all files in main folder and full log.
