in the line 116 ,117
you write
if enemy.rect.top < 0:
enemies1.remove(enemy)
but the enemy fly down across the screen , it's rect.top never down to 0.
so
if enemy.rect.top >= SCREEN_HEIGHT:
enemies1.remove(enemy)
this would be the correct answer
