Can I add the feature about Binary and Hexadecimal?

Hello I want to contribute to MATHBOT
I have two ideas
1. add Binary and Hexadecimal interpreter in calc command (0b00, 0x00)
2. add converter between binary, decimal and hexadecimal by adding new command
What do u think about thease
