UX Research Planning and Organization: Oslo Freedom Forum

Olso Freedom Forum is coming up and with a few people from the Bitcoin Design Community attending the event it will be a good opportunity to organize a research initiative at the event itself.

The purpose of continuing this research is so that we can deepen our understanding of the personas and Jobs to be Done of those personas. This is also related to the issue Add personas and use cases for activists.

Next steps: Will create a draft of a research plan and share it here so we can collaboratively work on it together.

Just to give an update on this issue - we did it. We organized user interviews and user testing (with the Dana Wallet and White Noise teams). It worked out great. I gave a 20-minute presentation with the first evaluation of the user interviews at BTC Prague, and we're working towards releasing a full report in the next weeks. Stay tuned.
