Azurerm.bootstrapper - Updating ProfileMap during Install and Use-AzureRMProfile cmdlet (#63)

* Porting AzureRM.BootStrapper module version 0.5.0 to AzureStack repo

The module code is same as that of in azure powershell AzureRM repo

Build scripts added

* Updating ProfileMap during Install and Use-AzureRMProfile cmdlet

* Adding tools folder in azurerm branch
